Methodology & provenance
How Connect Score is constructed
The composite score weights availability, reported quality, competition among providers, and adoption, each normalized from FCC BDC and Census inputs. Component definitions and weights are documented in the methodology article.
BEAD location counts and investment totals reflect public NTIA and state program disclosures; they may lag the latest FCC release.
